SRS Conveyors conveyors are designed and built in pre-assembled sections of no greater than 10'-0". These smaller sections allow for easier installations, modifications, replacements, or extensions on the conveyor, reducing both the installation and maintenance costs.

Conveyors conveyor track consists of electroplated steel tubing, which in turn carries trolley mounted nylon roller bearing that are lubricated and sealed for life. The trolleys consists of chrome plated steel consistent with the chrome plated garment links and all other model component accessories. The frame completely encircles the track for its entire circumference in an endless manner, providing added safety and comes in black or white (custom colors and gold plating available on request.

The conveyor drive is located at one of the top ends of the conveyor unit. This unique design allows for a smoother operating machine. The motor drives a belt driven single-motorized reduction gear, which in turn rotates the 1/2 inch flame cut steel drive sprockets.

The standard speed for all the models is set at 75 feet per minute which is powered by a 1/2 to 3/4 H.P. motor depending upon the length of the conveyor. the motor runs at 1725 R.P.M. on 115/230 volts, 1 phase, 6 hertz, power supply (special motor and power requirements available upon request). The motor is controlled by a nema 1 control box which includes reversing contactors with electrical and mechanical interlock, transformer, pilot light and overload protection for added safety.
